Thank You for Passing Measure 114
On November 8th, Oregon voters approved the only ballot measure in the country that put common-sense restrictions on buying firearms.
Measure 114 requires Oregonians to complete a firearm safety course and pass a background check to obtain a permit to buy a gun. It also bans the sale or transfer of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition. Despite predictable lawsuits, the LEVO campaign is making progress toward implementing the law. Stay tuned.
